Service Description

The Becoming LaWorthy™ Experience introduces participants to the LaWorthy™ philosophy of personal accountability and the TAPIELR™ Framework. Through guided reflection, conversation, and interactive learning, participants explore the difference between personal accountability and self-blame, examine what belongs to them—and what does not—and consider how their choices, responses, actions, boundaries, patterns, commitments, and direction contribute to the person they are becoming. At the center of the Experience is the First Look Question: “What belongs to me?” Participants are challenged to turn the mirror inward without using self-reflection as a tool for self-condemnation. Instead, reflection becomes an opportunity for greater awareness, intentionality, accountability, and growth. Participants explore: personal accountability vs. blame; the mirror and the First Look Question; what belongs to me vs. what belongs to someone else; introduction to the seven TAPIELR™ principles; words, actions, and patterns; intentional becoming.
